How do I choose a size?
Open the size guide on each product page. It lists that collection’s garment chest circumference, length and sleeve length. Compare the measurements with a jacket that fits your child, allowing room for comfortable layering.
What are the jackets made from?
Our four collections use cotton twill, polyester fleece, polyester quilting or nylon with a polyester mesh lining. Each product page lists its own materials and care instructions.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping?
All orders get free shipping within our supported U.S. delivery area. There is one standard shipping method, at $0.00.
When should I expect my order?
Handling takes 1–2 business days. After shipment, transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, using the cutoff starting point in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
What is the order cutoff?
Our daily order cutoff time is 07:00PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point.

You may request a return within 30 days of receipt. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and in its original packaging. Contact support@percivali.shop with your order number and reason to obtain authorization before returning it.

percivali pays return shipping for our errors, damaged, defective or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee. Ordinary return-condition requirements do not automatically exclude a damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim.
When will I receive a refund?
Returns are reviewed after receipt. Once approved, a refund is automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How do payment and order confirmation work?
Review your details and total before submitting payment. An order is treated as paid only after successful payment processing; submitting checkout details alone does not establish payment or order acceptance. Contact us if you need help checking an order.
