Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

Shipping cost

All orders get free shipping. The shipping charge at checkout is $0.00.

Handling time

Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Handling time covers preparing your order before it is shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time:

Our daily order cutoff time is 07:00PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the starting point for calculating handling time. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on weekends or applicable public holidays, use the next business day as the starting point.

Transit time

After shipment, estimated transit time is 3–4 business days. Transit time is separate from handling time.

Estimated total delivery time

Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, calculated as 1–2 business days of handling plus 3–4 business days in transit, using the starting point described above. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
