30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
First contact support@percivali.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Please obtain return authorization and confirm the return instructions before sending your item. Our return address is 519 Industrial Way, Swainsboro, GA 30401, United States.
Return shipping costs
If a return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item or an incorrect item, percivali pays the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact support@percivali.shop and describe the problem. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and provide return instructions if a return is needed. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not automatically exclude a claim concerning a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Inspection and refunds
Returned items are reviewed after receipt. Once a refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Restocking fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
